What’s the difference between using the spray or a roll-on? The sprays are used with essential oils and distilled water creating a blend when sprayed in your environment or on and around your body and connects to you through smell using your olfactory system (sensory system used for smelling).
When using a Roll-on, the essential oils are mixed with a carrier oil such as jojoba, coconut or almond oils and used at your pulse points at the inside of your wrists, back of the ear, chest and the occipital point located at the back of your head that connects through your skin and goes directly into the blood stream for an immediate connection and has a stronger affect.
If you need instantaneous results for anxieties and stress the SERENITY ROLL-ON will work quickly and have longer lasting results. If you would like to feel calm and relaxed the SERENITY SPRAY will give you and your surroundings a peaceful feeling.
If you have insomnia and have trouble sleeping through the night the ZEN ZZZ’S PEACEFUL SLEEP ROLL-ON will do the trick without feeling drowsy in the morning. If you just have trouble getting to sleep the SPRAY is all you need to ensure you get a good night’s sleep.
